"He was more than willing and able to answer any and all questions we had when it came to the house and other things as well. Mr. Nooney was available at all times whether it be for another tour of the house or for one of the thousand phone calls. After he explained things in all the paperwork, he looked at me to see if there was a puzzled look on my face as well as asking me if there were any questions on any of the things we were going over. When I did have questions, he didn't talk down to me nor appear to be inconvenienced on having to explain more detail and answered the question and explained things in a different way that was easier to understand. Any time that we were going to get together he was always on time and prepared. The closing went without a flaw and would do it again with him, IN A HEART BEAT! Hats off to Mr. Nooney about caring about his clients as if they were his own family."
